Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Returns & Exchanges Policy- Purchase (except personalized jewelry) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
- Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective / damaged or wrong item(s).
- Sterling Silver jewelry are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us. If you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
